边压强度是一定宽度的试样,在单位长度上所能承受的压力,它是指承受平行于瓦楞方向压力的能力。变压强度是影响纸箱包装抗压强度的其中一个因素。瓦楞纸板生产过程中,通过瓦楞纸板的变压强度,我们可以预测出纸箱包装的抗压程度,所以它在纸箱行业中备受重视,是纸板生产的质量控制项目之一。边压强度在纸箱包装行业中以N/m表示。

二,边压强度如何检测
2、 How to detect the edge pressing strength
纸箱包装的变压强度一般都是使用边压试验机进行测试的。边压试验机可以做环压、平压、边压、粘合、抗压等检测。边压强度(ECT )测试时,试样要从3个样箱中,每个分别切取3块无机械压痕、无印刷痕迹和损坏的试样,试样的瓦楞方向应为短边,试样规格为25mm ×100mm,误差±0.5mm。将矩形的瓦楞纸箱试片放在紧缩试验仪的两夹板之间,并使试片的楞垂直于纸箱,然后施加一紧缩力,直至测试的瓦楞纸箱试片压坏停止,这样就能测量每一个试片所能接受的最大压力。
The variable pressure strength of carton packaging is generally tested by edge pressure tester. Edge pressing testing machine can do ring pressure, flat pressure, edge pressure, adhesion, compression and other tests. During edge compression strength (ECT) test, three samples without mechanical indentation, printing trace and damage shall be cut from each of the three sample boxes. The corrugated direction of the sample shall be the short side, and the sample specification shall be 25mm × 100mm, error ± 0.5mm. Place the rectangular corrugated box test piece between the two splints of the tightening tester, make the edge of the test piece perpendicular to the carton, and then apply a tightening force until the crushing of the tested corrugated box test piece stops, so that the maximum pressure acceptable to each test piece can be measured.

五,纸箱的边压强度和耐破强度有什么关系?

纸箱的边压强度和耐破强度之间并无直接的对应关系。耐破强度主要与瓦楞纸板的面纸、底纸(里纸)及中纸的质量有关(单瓦楞纸板无中纸),边压强度除了以上还与瓦楞纸的质量有关,而且与加工过程的质量控制关系很大。
